According to official news, TRON officially celebrates its eighth anniversary of Independence Day. Since the mainnet launch in 2018, the TRON network has continued to expand in scale and global influence, evolving into a decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) governed by the community. As of now, the total number of TRON accounts has surpassed 380 million, with over 14.5 billion transactions and a total transfer amount exceeding 27 trillion USD. In the stablecoin sector, the issuance of TRC20-USDT has exceeded 89.3 billion, with over 74.63 million holding accounts, gaining widespread application globally.
In addition, the official brand image of TRON, "Boniu," completed a new upgrade on June 23. The new version of Boniu continues the brand's genetic traits while further enhancing approachability, emotional expression, and scene extension capabilities, and debuts with the new identity of "Chief Good Luck Officer of TRON," becoming an important carrier for connecting the community and conveying the warmth of the brand.
